John Terry, a beloved figure at Chelsea, has shared his joy about his new role at the club.
In a tweet on Friday night, Terry expressed his delight in returning to Chelsea and taking on a role in the Academy.
Previously, the 42-year-old had been working part-time with Chelsea’s young players before joining Leicester City as part of Dean Smith’s backroom staff.
Terry tweeted, “I’m delighted to be back Home working in the Academy. @ChelseaFC.”
As a former England defender, Terry achieved great success during his time as a player at Chelsea, winning a total of 15 major trophies.
